St Mary’s Update – 2nd May

St Mary’s Church update for 2nd May provides listings of services, bible readings and other events and news such as Alpha Course, Christian Aid Week & Dying Matters Awareness.

Don’t forget, the church is now open on weekdays if you would like a quiet space to reflect or say a prayer for someone.

Church Office Closed

The church office is closed this week and will re-open on Monday 8 May. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Alpha - Join the Adventure

Alpha Course

Our Alpha Course continues on Tuesday 2, 9, 16 & 23 May @ 7.45pm in the church hall, it’s not too lateto join if you have missed the first two weeks. It starts with a hot meal followed by a talk and a discussion. All are welcome!

Dying Matters Awareness Week

As part of the national awareness week, representatives from Hunnaball Family Funeral Group will be at our open house coffee morning on Thursday 11th May.  If anyone would like to talk, or help themselves to information leaflets, please join us.

Christian Aid Week – 14-20 May

We will be organising our usual door to door collection in the village.  We would be grateful if people could sign up to cover a particular road or roads. There is a sign-up sheet in the church. Alternatively, please contact Liz in the church office.
