West Bergholt Cricket Club
Our local cricket club is one of the oldest in Essex (over 200 years old) and currently plays in the Two Counties and the Piri Piri North Essex Cricket Leagues with two Senior Teams, a Mid-Week Team, a Ladies Team, competing in the Beaumont Seymour League, three Junior Teams and a Kwik Cricket Section. During the winter period, they also participate in the Braintree Indoor Cricket and Over 40s Leagues.
The club plays its matches at the Manor Road ground (see picture) and is often looking to recruit new members; if you are interested in joining you should contact either of the following:
