The Committee
In 1865, the land allocated for the allotments was placed in trust to the Church Wardens. That land is still held in trust by the New Allotments Trust whose sole trustee is West Bergholt Parish Council. The PC govern and oversee the running of the site by the West Bergholt Allotments Association (WBAA) Committee.
Volunteers from the site make up the WBAA Committee. They provide an interface between the plot holders and the Trust, helping to maintain the standards, rules and interests of plot holders.
