The Premises & Recreation Sub-Committee of West Bergholt Parish Council met on 4th June when, among other items, they discussed MUGA, roofing, CCTV and remote access, rubbish bins, village fete, communications, bulletin & Lorkin Daniell field.

Clerks and Administration’s Report |

| 3.1 | MUGA – VBC to put laminated notices onto gate reiterating pricing and lighting policy. VBC asked if we still needed the noticeboard as this is broken and has no glass. HS will view and put on handyman’s schedule. | VBC/HS |

| 3.3 | Handyman Schedule: VBC has not notified any new jobs that are required in the Hall. | |
| 3.4 | Mobile Phone – Hall Administrator – with the impending new CCTV being fitted a smartphone is required. The Committee agreed and asked that it be ordered ASAP so that VBC can get use to the new phone etc and that it is here ready for the CCTV software to be installed. | VBC |
| 3.5 | CCTV – Booked in to be fitted in the summer holidays. VBC also noted names of those to attend demonstration once installed. | VBC |
| 3.6 | Rubbish Bin Area – BT is now going to obtain quotes for the area to be concreted rather than slabbed. | BT |

| 3.9 | External hall signage – BT has asked the Committee to come up with wordings so that a proof can be submitted at the next meeting. The signage is to include a site plan together with relevant contact details and information which will be slotted in so changes can be made easily. The cost of the signage to go to Finance to be agreed. | All |
