It is the aim of the Parish Council to seek a high standard of design for all new developments and extensions in the Village.

Item 1:         To use the Planning Committee’s delegated powers to consider if the West Bergholt Neighbourhood Plan is ready for Regulation 14 (pre-submission consultation and publication of the draft plan).

Cllr Stevenson explained to the members of the public why the West Bergholt Planning Committee, due to its delegated powers, needed to agree that the West Bergholt Neighbourhood Plan was ready for Regulation 14.

RESOLVED – Cllr Savage proposed that the plan was ready to proceed with the Regulation 14 consultation, Cllr Harlow seconded, All in favour.
