The West Bergholt Volunteer of the Year 2023/24 is a new Community Award. It will be presented to an individual volunteer who has made an outstanding contribution to the village of West Bergholt, its residents, or just one resident. That person will have demonstrated exceptional commitment to an unpaid activity.

Like most schools today, fundraising is essential to Heathlands. Whilst they have done well despite COVID-19 (see their end-of-year update), the PTA needs your help once again and it couldn’t be at a more convenient time.
As we are easing out of Lockdown the time is perfect for you to be checking your wardrobe to make sure you are ready to be set free. First Aid Course – Save a Life!Heathlands PTA are running a First Aid Course on Monday 30th March 2020 between 7 pm – 10 pm. This course is ideal for parents, teachers, grandparents, friends and anyone else who wants to be able to look after someone in a life-threatening emergency, the course will also raise funds for the PTA.
