Planning the Fete starts today – do you have some great ideas to make next years the best yet?

BYG started their Autumn term last night and welcome all in school years 6 -10 to join them.  The costs are only £3 for the school year plus 50p each night attended.  Activities for the rest of this term are:

20th September Rugby ballRugby World Cup – Touch Rugby.
4th October Athletes runningWorld Athletics Championships.
18th October Normal Activities + Dodgeball.Dodgeball
1st November Fancy DressHalloween Fancy Dress & Games.
15th November PudseyChildren in Need – Special fundraising activities with Donations to Pudsey.
29th November Paper chainChristmas Cards & Decoration Making.
13th December Father Xmas & TreeChristmas Disco – cost £3 including free food.

Heathlands PTA are running a First Aid Course on Monday 17th June between 7 pm – 10 pm.  Designed for parents, teachers, grandparents, friends and anyone else who wants to be able to look after someone in a life-threatening emergency, the course will also raise funds for the PTA.

The Keep Britain Tidy campaign is organising Great British Spring Clean 2019 which runs between 22nd March – 23rd April.  They’re aiming to inspire around half a million people to join forces – in partnership with community organisations, businesses and councils – to collect and safely dispose of litter from our streets, parks and beaches, recycling as much as possible.
