To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Essex Way, CPRE (Campaign to Protect Rural England) Essex is launching a photographic competition; everyone is invited to join.
CPRE Essex played a leading role in bringing about this beautiful 81-mile walk from Epping to Harwich. There can be no better way of acclaiming its joys than sharing pictures of it.
You are invited to take shots of landscapes, buildings, people… whatever takes your fancy as long as your images are taken on the Essex Way.
Age Groups & Prizes
The competition will have three age groups:
- 11 and younger
- 12-17
- 18+
There will be prizes of £15, £25 and £50 in each group, with the best shots being posted at the CPRE Essex AGM.
How to Enter
Entries are open from now, with a closing date of Friday, September 2.
You can enter either digital or hard-copy images. Winners will be notified, either by post or email, by Monday, September 19.
