Stan & Ollie - Another Nice Mess

West Bergholt Film Club Movie NightAnother Nice Mess

Another Nice Mess was the oft-heard catchphrase of Laurel & Hardy who are the subject of the Film Club’s latest offering Stan & Ollie.   The film follows Laurel and Hardy, the world’s most famous comedy duo, embark on what becomes their swan song – a gruelling theatre tour of post-war Britain.

Taking place in the Orpen Hall on Saturday 19th October, doors will open at 7 pm for showtime at 7:30 pm. Refreshments will be available.

Rating & Tickets

The film is rated PG mainly because of mild bad language (e.g. bloody), & smoking (in keeping with the period and not glamourized).

Tickets are £5, available in advance from Scissorhands, with proceeds going towards the new playground at Orpen field.  Refreshments will be available on the night.  Enjoy the trailer and a fuller synopsis of the show below. Continue reading “Stan & Ollie Movie Night – Another Nice Mess”
