Glow NightGlow Night is the Wired Youth Group’s next exciting evening.
Come along to Wired Youth Club, November 8th, 7.45 pm at St Mary’s Church. You will get to adorn yourself with Glow Paint and then enter our Black Light Room for Glow Games and a Glow Bar. As well as Glow Fun, other attractions include:

The Big Bang QuizThe Big Bang Quiz is aimed at any 11 – 18 year-olds who would enjoy a quiz and several other activities this Friday 11th October. All you need to do is turn up at St Mary’s Church between 7:45 pm – 9:30 pm, donations optional. The quiz is being organised by the Wired Youth Group.

Coming Soon – the 2018 Village FeteSince its launch in March, the Village Fete Working Party has been working hard to deliver the 2018 Village Fete. It is now set to take over the Orpen Hall & fields on Saturday 1st September between 12 noon and 4 pm during which time there will be something for everybody going on.

After the resounding success of last year’s Village Fete, attended by well over 600 people, it is hard to know how we can follow that. Not only did the day see everybody enjoying themselves but it didn’t cost the village a penny with entry fees for competitions covering costs. After the success of the Queen’s Birthday Celebrations many people felt that it was time to resurrect the West Bergholt Annual Village Fete. We can envisage an event taking place some time around the August Bank Holiday weekend, based in the Orpen Hall and on the Lorkin Daniell Field offering:

Then come along to the first Village Fete Working Party meeting on Monday 14th November at 7.30pm in the John Lampon Hall, Lexden Road.
This will not be in competition with the School’s Summer Fayre, the PTA are keen to be involved, as they were for the QEII 90th Celebrations.
