It is the aim of the Parish Council to seek a high standard of design for all new developments and extensions in the Village.
Item 1: To receive any pre-application representations regarding proposed planning applications
There were no pre-application representations.

This application is premature and outside the current settlement boundary. It is an outline application save only for access, however the committee would object to the design of the front elevations and solar panels as it is out of keeping with the Essex Design Guide. If the Council supports these 13 dwellings, are they then added to our overall CBC building requirement, therefore making the total number nearer to 140? |
