Chris Stevenson declared an interest in Item 2, 78 Mumford Road.
It is the aim of the Parish Council to seek a high standard of design for all new developments and extensions in the Village .

Now in the hands of the enforcement officers at Colchester Borough. LW to take photos and send off to CBC.
- Amended Plans – 40 Pirie Road, App. No.152502
No further comment to make.
- Hedge Removal – 62 Mumford Road.
The removal of the hedge bordering 62 Mumford Road and the new development at 45-47 Lexden Road was an example of poor practice by the CBC Planning department and the developer, not talking to neighbours about future exposure issues. On the plans the existing hedge should have been included, along with a note saying that it would be removed. CS will draft a letter to both parties and will include Cllr. Harrington.
