It is the aim of the Parish Council to seek a high standard of design for all new developments and extensions in the Village .

Item 3: Other matters:

1. Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Viability Update Consultation
   Community-Infrastructure-Levy-Viability-Update-Consultation
   The Planning Committee reviewed the report contained in the Consultation. They thank Colchester Borough Council for their feedback and are happy for them to carry on.
   Action – Clerk to contact Daniel Cameron regarding what happens to the Section 106 monies once this consultation is complete and how much the Parish receives when it has it’s Neighbourhood Plan in place.
2. Rural Planning Review
   The Planning Committee came to the conculsion that the Rural Planning Review was of no relevance to them.
3. Review Planning Decisions – Planning Decisions were reviewed.
