It is the aim of the Parish Council to seek a high standard of design for all new developments and extensions in the Village .
Item 1:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â To elect a Chair and a Vice Chair to the West Bergholt Planning Committee
Cllr Harlow proposed Cllr Tyrrell for Chair, seconded by Cllr Stevenson, all in favour. Â Bob Tyrrell remains Chair of Planning Committee.
Cllr Stevenson proposed Cllr Butcher for Vice Chair, seconded by Cllr Savage, all in favour. Â Brian Butcher remains Vice chair of the Planning Committee.
Item 2:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â To receive any pre-application representations regarding proposed planning applications
The owners of 49 Mumford Road presented their options for a single storey extension to their property on either the front or side. Â The Committee concluded that they would be likely to support a front extension, but would have more concerns about a side extension.
