Minutes of the Annual Parish Council Meeting

Held in the John Lampon Hall on 20th May 2015 at 7.30p.m.

Present:	2 members of the public

1.    Receive Apologies

Apologies were received from John Gili-Ross

2.    Results of Parish Council Election

a)    To confirm Declaration of Result of Poll

All members of the Parish Council were re-elected.  Acknowledgement went to the candidate not elected who received over 500 votes.

b)    To receive Declaration of Acceptance of Office

Declarations of Acceptance of Office were received from all Parish Councillors.

c)    To receive Consent Form to Receive the Council Summons and Agenda Electronically

Consent forms were received from all Parish Councillors.

3.    Election of Chair

Chris Stevenson was the only person proposed and seconded.  He was unanimously elected Chair of the Parish Council.

4.    Election of Vice Chair(s)

Three people had been proposed and seconded – Harry Stone, Andrew Savage and Bob Tyrrell.

Following a vote Harry Stone and Andrew Savage were elected Vice Chairs of the Parish Council.

5.    Election of Responsible Finance Officer

Andrew Savage was the only person proposed and seconded.  He was unanimously elected Responsible Finance Officer of the Parish Council.
