It is the aim of the Parish Council to seek a high standard of design for all new developments and extensions in the Village.

9 Bradbrook Cottages 181787 – Appeal lodged. Cllr Tyrrell to write comments for submission to PINS, Clerk will circulate to all Committee members before submission prior to 11/02/19.

Land at rear of White Hart 170839 – Hearing date received, 05/02/19 at 10am Town Hall, High Street, Colchester. Cllr Butcher will be in attendance and will draft wording for hearing, circulating first.

Gladmans & NEEB Holdings – currently no dates for appeal hearings as yet.
