Item Three. Other Matters: Colchester BC’s new local plan consultations on Issues and Options. The Committee considered a draft response to Colchester Borough Council’s Parish Questionnaire. Some amendments were made and the committee resolved to discuss this firstly with the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group and then to ask the Parish Councillors to consider the response at the next PC meeting on 25th February.
