BHYFC - Bergholt HeathBergholt Heath YFC – Results 5th March

With no match for the Under 12s on 5th March, Bergholt had 3 teams playing.

BHYFC Development Squad vs Purple Dot

The development squad played their first friendly in atrocious conditions.  With rain and cold biting through them,they did well just to finish the game.  They narrowly lost to Purple Dot Squad, but hopefully will be back for more soon in better weather.

BHYFC U10s vs St Edmunds Blues

The Under 10s were playing at the same time but are now hardened to the harsher climate.  They went behind early to St Edmunds Blues, but battled hard and came away all square.  They nearly nicked the win in the last minute but the post came to Edmund’s aid.

BHYFC U8s vs Colchester Athletic

The 8s played only an hour later but in remarkably more favorable weather.  Granted it was a mud-bath, but it was end to end play with Bergholt getting stronger as the game went on.  The boys came out deserved winners with a large margin of victory.
